Interview with the Asst. Exec. Housekeeper
Before our hands on practical started, we were guided and assigned 'uniforms' by the assistant executive housekeeper. She was really friendly and helpful. The assignment of our 'abangs' was also overseen by her, to make sure there wasn't much language barriers when we are doing our practical with them.
As our practical slowly comes to an end at around 5 in the evening, we had one final chat with her about the S.O.P of the hotel's housekeeping department. The following video records a part of our interview with her:
