SUMMARY OF PRACTICAL TRAINING IN JEN HOTEL PART 3
Amenities

During our practical training in Jen Hotel, the housekeeping department manager took us to visit the storage room for putting the amenities. The amenities of this hotel will be counted by the staff. After checking the inventory, the staff will systematization the amenities. They put a specific number of items into the box and took them to the housekeeper to continue their work. Those amenities are tea, coffee, sugar, creamer, body lotion, shampoo, hair conditional, bath gel, soap, shower cap, toothpaste, toothbrush, cotton swab, toilet roll, mineral water, etc.
The housekeeper cleans the toilet with a cloth of a certain color, after cleaning they will place and fold the used bath towels, hand towels and so on. The deluxe room's bathroom is provided with two toothbrushes, two toothpaste, shower cap, cotton swab, soap, body lotion, shampoo, hair conditional, bath gel and soap on the bathroom vanity tops. Beyond this，the family room's bathroom had provided three toothbrushes, three toothpaste, two shower cap, two cotton swab, soap, two body lotion, two shampoos, two hair conditional, two-bath gel and soap on the bathroom vanity tops. The housekeeper will place these amenities in the order specified. First, they will put two different toothbrushes at the right of the plastic display tray, one is a normal toothbrush, and the other is a rubber toothbrush for those sensitive customers. In front of the toothbrushes, will separate put two packet toothpaste. Another of the plastic display tray will according to the arrangement put a shower cap and cotton swab. In front of the plastic display tray, the housekeeper emphasizes that you have to arrange the amenities well. According to the order from left to right, the first is body lotion, body gel, hair condition, and shampoo. After arranging the amenities, the housekeeper will refill the two new toilet rolls for personal hygiene purposes. The housekeeper will flow a small triangle on the toilet roll for convenience and hygiene.
After placing these amenities, the housekeeper will put two mineral bottles beside the hot water bottle on the cabinet. In the drawer, the housekeeper will refill the packet of tea, coffee, creamer, and sugar. The last refill amenities are checking the refrigerator inside must put two mineral water bottles for guests.
